"Hi Callum. Well, it seems we're 'there' at last. The sale of our Mount Annan house has settled and finally we can move forward in dealing with our present situation. No more back and forth. Such a relief.I can't believe it sold first showing!

I don't know where to begin to thank you for the way you have steered this whole process. I have so valued the way you entered into the difficulties of our personal situation with such grace, respect and kindness. You have stood alongside, anticipated everything we would need but never pushy, always patient.

I don't know if you realise in the real estate world how rare that is. We have bought and sold many properties over the years through many different agents. This one of all has been in the most difficult circumstances for us personally but also the least stressful and most pleasant. We're so thankful to you for shepherding us through.

And I think a great result. We're happy with the sale price and regardless of Purple Bricks ads, have no qualms whatsoever about paying commission. You earned every cent!
