Great suburb for families with children or those who enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of walking tracks, the Botanical Gardens and plenty of green scape.

We moved to Mount Annan about 10 years ago and have nothing but praises. Its a beautiful leafy areas with (mostly) well kept properties. The local parks are great and the Botanical Gardens are prefect for the family picnic! There a plenty of shops and food retailers, 8 minutes down the road you have beautiful Camden and we can be at South Coast beaches in 40 minutes.

After moving here a year ago,
My partner and I quite often state, I’m so happy we moved here.
When looking for a property we were tossing up between Glenmore park and new builds around Oran park/ Gregory hills, or even austral.

And what got us sold on mount annan was that it was an established area, majority of the houses are well maintained and look homely and inviting and also the generous block sizes. Plenty of natural light.

Mount annan is perfectly located between Campbelltown and Narellan that you’re spoilt for choice if you’re in need of a major shopping centre,
Or if you’re just doing the groceries, it’s got a Coles, Woolworths and an Aldi all located closely together, only downside is no fruit shop within the suburb, and the Coles Woolworths and Aldi are all in their own complexes.

Plenty of places to go work walks including a few lakes plenty of reserves and footpaths.

And also the botanical gardens is beautiful to have a leisurely stroll around.

I highly recommend the suburb,
Downside is they are currently building 200+ townhouses next to the main shops and they are hard enough to get to without all those houses to begin with, they may need to upgrade the roads in intersections.

Moved to Mount Annan 5 months ago after living for 3 years in Sydney's north. After the first few days of weirdness which was because there are too few people here compared to Sydney's north, we have fallen in love with the area and do not want to look back at all. Shops are plenty with great food. Love the pizza shop in the marketplace. People are lovely, Birriwa Reserve is a great spot for little one. Well maintained beautiful streets, you can't go wrong here. Ohh and have i mentioned xmas lights. The streets were so busy during xmas it looked like a night market with people driving from far off to see the lights. To sum it up, a perfect suburb.

We’re a youngish professional couple and we moved here from the city 7 months ago. It’s amazing how far your money goes here. We got a huge house on a 780m2 block for the same money we would have paid for an apartment where we used to live.

Mount Annan is an amazing suburb. Beautiful, leafy, and very friendly. There are parks and water views everywhere.

It’s a great location too. The roadworks on Narellan road are now finally finished and I sail down it with ease now! I commute to the CBD 3 times a week and it’s a breeze on the train from Campbelltown.

The best place to go out to eat and drink is Camden, and we really like it. County town feel, but with a bit of city cafe culture thrown in for good measure.

And being surrounded by bush / country side is good for the soul.

I don’t think I’ll ever want to live near the City again.
