After returning such high nutrient levels we decided to look at our soil health and utilise a compost regime accompanied with liquid fertiliser supplements.
Our compost was spread at 4-5T ha for the last four years and liquid fertiliser as required depending on the season. We have seen an improvement in herd and soil health and still strong milk production.”
