“Home amongst the Gum Trees”
Templestowe is full of contrasts. There’s the lower part, and heights part. Really, it’s all up and down. It's full of sprawling new and old McMansions on acerages with pools, tennis courts, pony paddocks, and crackling dry Australian bush complete with the Yarra River and kangaroos on the other in Westerfolds Park. There is something for everyone, superb schools, several shopping precincts, fantastic bus network and nearby freeway access, and the most wonderful walk/cycling trails in all of Melbourne. The housing has changed over the years, with so many beautiful quality townhomes and larger acerage homes - both of which make very popular rental properties. We usually have a list of renters looking to lease nice family homes in Templestowe.
