I've been selling property in Maroochydore for a long time and I can't remember how many times I have taken interstate buyers up to the top level of the Sunshine Plaza Car Park to show them the CBD Development Area. In 2007 you would take the buyers over to the old Big Top Shopping Centre first and stare at all the artist impressions and models on display of what the council and developers would like to build on the site. Buyers would ask me why I had so much belief in Maroochydore and would explain to them that what is happening here would be very similar to if the Many Sea Eagles finally gave in to the NRL and sold Brookvale Oval to the Council and Developers and headed up to the Central Coast to set up there. Well it's happening here in Gods country and now is the time to grab a hold of a lifestyle opportunity only few could achieve, Could it get any better?
