What we love about our home is its, for lack of a better word, cheerfulness. The amount of natural light, air flow and unobstructed views make coming home a natural anti-depressant. You will understand once you have spent some time in it. We love the convenience of literally having everything downstairs. You don't need a big fridge living in this apartment. We love walking through the landscaped garden of the residents area as we head to our building. There is a distinct change from the high energy hustle and bustle of Maroubra to a calm tranquility offered by this area. We enjoy the convenience of a well maintained gym, spa and pool and very helpful and efficient Strata management staff on site. Most of all what we will miss is our lovely neighbours.
