I could brag about this home forever so I will try and break it down for you and give you a brisk tour through what could easily be one of the nicest, most welcoming and homely properties I have ever seen. Subdivide the properties and sell one off or keep the properties together and cut an extra block of land off the front, here the opportunities really are endless and I suggest you give Ipswich City Council a call to confirm what you can and can't do.
