This luxurious houseboat boasts three beautifully presented bedrooms all with a river view and built in robes, with the master that has a well-appointed spacious en-suite.

There is a large front deck with built in barbeque and plenty of cold storage space to keep your drinks on ice for those outdoor gatherings and meals. The deck continues around the exterior of the boat, giving you plenty of options for fishing spots, and opens out at the back to a large swim deck. At the rear of the boat is a stairwell that leads to the top deck, that has been fibre glassed and blanketed by a large canopy so you can relax and enjoy the changing scenery as the boat meanders its way along the river searching for the perfect place to stop and enjoy a swim, or to moor for the evening.

Enter the boat and you are greeted by a large open kitchen dining and lounge area all beautifully finished and furnished. Fridge, oven, tables, chairs, place for the wide screen television, reverse cycle air conditioner, lounge, and plenty of cupboards and storage space, it's all there carpeted, tiled and sparkling fresh. The carpeted hallway leads to the back of the boat and connects to the bedrooms and fully tiled bathroom.
