Country: "Horse Shoe Lagoons" comprises of a mixture of deep loamy Apple Tree soils to Box, Gum, Ironbark, Bull Oak country. The property is all white on the vegetation map except for along the creek and gully areas. The front half consists of cultivation and open grazing with the back of the property been previously cleared but now showing regrowth

Cultivation & Irrigation: Approx 100 acres of loamy cultivation has been irrigated with 6" underground mains. A further 200 acres could be developed. Has produced excellent yields of water melons, mung beans, millet, forage sorghum, barley & oats.
