This is a medium size bed room for rent in a shared house pls note. it has a queen size bed. This is NOT a complete house for rent.

Room is SINGLE occupancy only ( meaning it is not suiable for couples or family) . We are looking for a single working professionals (full time), students or FIFO workers. 12 months lease minimum. Sorry not suitable for couples. PLS NOTE : Only for full time working people or full time student.

It was recently refurbished with new appliances throughout, professionally painted and presented in "AS NEW" . Furnished bedroom with shared bathroom and toilet with other 2 tenants.. Room features a bed, a study desk/chair, a tall boy set of drawers and a brand new Mitsubishi split wall A/C.
Other shared facilities include:
Fully equipped kitchen including new fridge, Rangehood, Gas cooktop, Sink. eg... Includes use of shared laundry ( new washing machine).

Utilities are not included in the rent and will get split between 4 tenants. Gas included. WIFI is provided for free but only as backup and you are responsible for your own internet. Estimate of bills would be around $10 / week

Security bond: 4 weeks' rent

Being a shared house, this property is drug free, no smoking and no pets. Also there is restriction on family/friends visit and other basic house rules to ensure enjoyment of all tenants. Pls consider before enquiring.
