Ready Made oasis to holiday, isolate or move to permanently. 3 Minutes off the Pacific Highway to the front gates, and only 50 mins to Newcastle or 2 hours to Sydney; yet you will feel like you are miles from anywhere once settled into your waterside home.

This parcel of 130 acres boasts direct deep water-frontage to Bundabah Creek, where it spills into North Arm Cove. This is a deeper water spot with 900mm under the keel at dead low. There is a jetty license, as well as a boat ramp to indulge every manner of boating.

This water access is right at the end of the property, some 1.7km from the front gates offering complete privacy there's not another home in sight.

This is also where the home is located - a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom dwelling, offering large airy living over 2 levels, featuring exposed beam ceilings, amazing views over Bundabah Creek, balconies on both levels, and undercover parking for 2 vehicles plus a motor home/caravan.

Halfway between the entrance and the home are the work-sheds - an amazing work area and storage space for the tractors, ride-ons etc. There is a Manager's residence - a smaller 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with verandah right next to a smaller dam on the property.

A larger dam is further up and the owners installed a small lean-to/shack for an alternative place to BBQ and enjoy a drink or two with friends. You could isolate for months here and never run out of experiences.

As a guide, a recent sale of a waterfront home in North Arm Cove settled for $1,450,000. This was a shallow water-frontage subject to exposure of sand at low tide, was a standard residential allotment with neighbours either side, and offered a boat ramp with boat-shed.

We believe this property offers so much more - over 50 hectares of land; deep water frontage with jetty license; a dedicated shed and work space complete with Manager's cottage; and amazing privacy - all so close to Newcastle and Sydney. If you want your own resort getaway on the water within an easy commute this is a must to see. Inspection only by Appointment.
