Redland Bay Town Centre
Development Overview & Scale
Shoreline is a large-scale masterplanned community being developed on the southern side of Redland Bay, expected to deliver around 3,000–4,500 dwellings and accommodate approximately 10,000 residents.
At the heart of the project, a new Town Centre is planned, designed as a mixed-use hub combining retail, community, and residential elements.
The development also features a 2–2.3km foreshore parkland and extensive green open spaces.
Infrastructure & Connectivity
The project includes new water and wastewater infrastructure, notably a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) with capacity for over 10,000 residents, planned and delivered by Stockland.
A key road connection linking Kidd Road and Serpentine Creek Road has been approved, significantly improving traffic flow and accessibility to the site.
Current Planning Status
Since 2019, Stages 1–4 of Shoreline have commenced, with Stockland lodging development applications covering large residential subdivisions, parks, and roads around Serpentine Creek Road.
Stages 5–12 are also in the pipeline, including further road networks, parks, and residential lots ranging in size from 200m² to 540m².
