After having a poor result with another agency, we undertook an interview with Ed & Tanya and signed an Agency Agreement.
The photography was arranged, and it was so much better than the first agency even we were blown away. Tanya had people who wanted to inspect before the open home. Tanya’s negotiation skills came to the front and we did not need the open home. If only I had accepted the old usage “when you’re on a good thing stick to it” we would NOT have wasted 6 months etc.
This is the second home we have sold with Tanya’s expertise and the first home that we had bought with her and the United team. Every person we dealt with was not only helpful but professional and yes, I am kicking myself for not signing with United in the first instance.
