WHAT THE OWNER LOVES:
- We love that the apartment gets both east and west facing sun and we also enjoy the lovely salty sea breezes in the afternoon
- We are so close to everything at the beachfront but our building is also a bit more removed from the noise and traffic which makes it feel very quiet and secluded
- The bus network is amazing and located just around the corner on Griffin Rd, the 176X goes direct to Wynyard and the 166 to Manly. The B-Line on Pittwater Rd is also a great service
