"It's all about location!"
A short stroll one way into the Seddon village and its cafes, restaurants, bars and shops and an even shorter stroll the other way to the Seddon train station. Hotham Street has to be one of the premier streets in Seddon. It's all about the location and yet there is minimal through traffic which makes it a very quiet street. It is truly a great street in which to live and enjoy all the lifestyle benefits of Seddon's vibrant cafe / restaurant scene while only 6km from the CBD!
