"Peace and quiet by the sea"

I have been here almost 2 years now and I love it. Walking distance to the beach and Marion shopping centre. Surrounded by many other various specialty shops and medical facilities. Great transport with buses and train within easy reach. Great school zone including Brighton primary and Brighton high. I am so pleased with our choice of suburbs and I quite certain you will.

"A little hub by the beach"

Hove is a quiet friendly suburb by the beach. With the new electric railway being installed it will enable the suburb to be a high ranking place to live as direct access to the city will be quick and easy. Plus the added bonus of being by the beach. If your energetic enough you can walk to the Marion shopping centre!
Pros
  • Great transport links.
  • Safe and secure.
  • Friendly neighbours.
Cons
  • Lack of nightlife.
  • Lack of restaurants.

"Popular seaside suburb - offering an impressive variety of homes"

A character Bungalow of the 1925 era on a family size block or an ultra modern home offering an up- to-the- minute design in a low maintenance garden - the suburb of Hove harmoniously combines the two! Townsend Park Retirement Estate was built here, over recent years with many of the local couples selecting to retire in this outstanding location - only metres from one of Adelaide's best beaches. A variety of Restaurants, Cafes, specialty shops etc are available on nearby Jetty Road, Brighton. A selection of Schools and Colleges are within easy access.
