Seacliff

"Seaside of Brighton Road - with a real 'village' feel"

Within easy access of transport (bus & train) and adjacent to one of Adelaide's most magnificent beaches the Suburb of Seacliff is well worth considering if your looking for a sea change! Many of the original 50's era solid brick homes on their 550 + sq m blocks have been tastefully renovated and extended, however from time to time the opportunity comes along to secure an affordable home in original condition and refurbish to your taste. Most of this suburb is Zoned Seacliff Policy Area 9 so if your looking to build a 2 storey home be sure to check with the Council (City of Holdfast Bay) whose current policy for the area is generally about the second storey being constructed into the roof-line.
When it's time to relax many of the locals enjoy a meal at the popular Seacliff Hotel located on the Esplanade or if the family are into sailing be sure to check out the Seacliff Yacht club.

South Brighton

"Lovely beachside suburb - within easy access of a wide variety of facilities"

My family and I moved into the area in 1973. We have all enjoyed the many benefits that the location has to offer - vast variety of community activities, caring families, good schooling, magnificent beach, reliable transport (bus & train) the list goes on... When the time came for me to "down size" from my home into a unit, I decided that South Brighton offered everything I would need in the future - shopping, restaurants, entertainment, medical facilities etc and all within easy walking distance.

Brighton

"One of Adelaide's Premier Beachside suburbs"

My family and I have lived in Brighton for over 35 years. The childrens education is well catered for here with a variety of both Private and public schools within easy access - Some of these schools require that you are residing within a specifically zoned area to be eligible to attend, so be sure to check with your school of choice on this. A variety of specialty shops are located along Jetty Rd Brighton as well as many quality Cafes & Restaurants. Westfield Marion is the major regional shopping centre and is only minutes away by car or if you don't drive there is an excellent bus service plus a train service to the city (only approx 20 minutes away). An Olympic size swimming pool is currently under construction adjacent Westfield. Flinders University & Hospital are within 10 mins drive. Brighton is a real Community, ideal for families, busy professionals or retirees and offers one of the best Beaches along the Coast!
