"Fabulous relaxed genteel living"
Magnificient sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay with 180 degree views back to Melbourne. For those without views Mount Martha Reserve backs onto the Estate and provides leafy green ambience. Truly delightful place to live and bring up a family. All homes here are either new or built within the last 8 years. Only problems are poor cell phone reception, need a car as no shop handy, driving through Mornington as far too busy now.
