In my review, I forgot to mention that rents in Huntington Beach are not cheap. I live downtown near the beach and I can tell you that average rents are 2K or more for a one to two bedroom apartment. IF you can afford to buy anything in Southern CA, you are far better off, since the cost of rent is about the same for a mortgage on a small property.
