"Perfect Sea Change"
Ian Wood Drive extends for one block -- arguably the most exclusive, most magical block in the Mackay Region. The houses on the east side of the street sit on a lush hillside that flows directly to a private, sandy beach -- perfect for swimming, sunbaking and picnics. The moonlit ocean, migrating whales, and spectacular sunrises are there for exclusive, private viewing. The houses are well set back from the road, and block sizes range from 2000 to 4000 sq. meters, so the only sounds are the sea breezes rustling through the palms and gentle waves rolling onto the shore.
