It's popular with both. Families seek out the quality local schooling options - Inglewood PS, St Peters PS and Mt Lawley SHS (although not all of Inglewood is in the MLSHS zone) and both families and young professionals love the proximity to the City and the cafe's, restaurants and amenities along the Beaufort Street strip.

It would be quite popular with both I imagine. It is quite sought after and seen as a good suburb with larger blocks, character houses and still quite close to the city and good schools.
