Unlike the rest of Sunset district, inner parkside has very unique homes. Often you'll see home on one block are very different the homes on another block in the neighborhood. As of 2018, I estimate the single family home prices range at:
Low: $1.0m -$1.3m for a typical sunset doleger-style home of around 1000-1400 sq ft, few with views
Middle: $1.3m -$2m for one of those unique homes, ranging from 1500-2500 sq ft, usually ocean view
Top End: $2m-$2.4m for a home with over 3000 sq ft and unobstructed views of the ocean
