Itea Court, Regents Park, QLD 4118

Itea Court is a great place to live. It is quiet street with a mixed range of people including young families, older families, elderly people, couples etc. All the homes are neat and tidy in appearance.
I know all my immediate neighbours and sometimes we'll have a chat and a drink of an afternoon.
I really like living in this street. It is in close proximity to everything. It is close to the parks to walk the dogs. It is close to Logan's Heroes gym for the health and fitness people. It is close to schools if you want to walk the kids there. It is close to the BP servo if you run out of milk. It is only a short walk to the Greenbank RSL so you needn't worry about drinking then driving home.
Overall I am so happy we moved here. It is about 30 mins to the city, 35 mins to Ipswich and 45 mins to the Gold Coast. It's central location is very appealing and suits our lifestyle. Although houses in Regents Park are still relatively cheap in comparison to other Brisbane suburbs, I believe it will only increase in value as the years go by and land development continues to grow in Greenbank, Jimboomba and even further south in Beaudesert.
