"Out of the rush, but not far from where you need to be."

Nice area with friendly people, close to the water and a nice easy run to shopping centres ect. With next to no traffic and lights. Good school options nearby. Chose the area to raise my kids. Boat ramp is busy on a weekend but apart from that, I can’t fault it.

"Great Waterfront Community!"

Well I was surprised to find such a gem of an area in Caypso Bay, if you want nice waterfront home with direct access on the water to Moreton Bay within a few minutes have a look. It is similiar to a Santcuary Cove style development and the Irish pub is great!
