"Great for all ages."
Very quite - dogs only bark when someone is walking past their house. Great area to walk around in although quite hilly, so great for the legs! No postal delivery - everyone has to fetch their post from the local post office - so a bit of a pain, but quite sociable. No junk mail deliveries, so less scary unknown people walking around. Wonderful bird/parrot life, absolute peace and quite - no hoons heard at night!! After living here, there is no way I could live down the hill again.
