Reviews of Jeremic Court, Croydon North
The Carly Court end is lovely, with a mix of retirees and young families. Weekends see the kids outside riding their bikes, and there is always someone going for a walk. It has a lovely atmosphere and is a safe court for the children. The neighbours really do keep an eye on one another and a yearly Christmas party with the neighbours is a fun event to look forward to. Some houses are less well kept than others (towards the Primrose Road end), but the majority of homeowners take pride in the presentation of their houses and gardens.
Great for
- Safe for children to play
- Friendly neighbours
- Close to a range of places, including the Yarra Valley and Dandenongs, and 1 hour from the CBD.
Not great for
- Some unkept gardens
- Minimal noise from Maroondah Highway
- Only one set of small, local shops within walking distance (though there are a number of shopping centres within close driving distance)
