Great for
- *golf courses *german club *vet *right near high school *fairly close to= narrabundah, griffith & manuka shops *close to woden, fyshwick, kingston, manuka, griffith, red hill, deakin *usually quiet
- *havent seen any rats, only odd cockroach *closest supermarket is manuka coles
- *no dog barking noise *occasional party noise on fri or sat night in summer but never goes past about 11pm
Not great for
- *narrabundah & griffith IGA's are too expensive & often things are past their use by date *have seen a few possums & fair amount of spiders
- *have lived in unit complex for 4 yrs & have seen a lot of car break in's & one car's wheels replaced with bricks *my car broken into once & number plates stolen once, sisters car had windscreen wipers bent
- *when i 1st moved in note of profanities about stealing someones car spot left on my car (was parked in visitors park) *ppl in my unit block swear alot in pool area so probably not good if you hate swearing or have young kids
