Internet/Celll Phone coverage?
Jimboomba, QLD 4280 is located within the Beaudesert local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
We are considering moving to Jimboomba (or Greenbank) areas, what is the cell phone coverage and internet like out those ways? We like the rural side of things, but as my husband requires his phone and internet for work, it is a must. Are the internet speeds ADSL or are they dial up speeds?

Coverage in most areas at Jimboomba is fine. Flagstone area has a mobile tower upgrade coming, which may in fact already be complete. Take your phone with you when looking at blocks of land - then you'll know for sure!
As for internet - again fine most areas. The some of the land estates at Jimboomba have high speed broadband connections to their blocks.
Ask the local builders - they know quite a bit about the local land and will provide unbiased advice because they don't sell land.
