Lake Joondalup smell?

Hello! I am thinking of moving to this area, there is a block very close to Lake Joondalup I am interested in. I am wondering if the Lake gets smelly in summer when it is dried up?

I live in Edgewater and on occasion you can smell the lake when it dries up, but it's never really that bad.

I live very close to Lake Joondalup in Joondalup. Smell is never a problem at the house. When the Lake is dried up in summer it might smell a bit but only if you were close enough to be walking through the mud. Sheldon Ingham. LJ Hooker Joondalup.
