"Quiet and peaceful"
mostly large blocks 2.5 + acres, no unpleasant neighbours, virtually no crime as most houses are set back into the blocks, very nice place to live when you want some space and privacy and only minutes from mayhem and major shopping centres

"Quiet street"
people keep to themselves, i see my neighbours once every 6 months. people walk their dogs at night. Never had any trouble. No footpaths though :(
