Is Wattle St, Kallangur desirable?
Kallangur, QLD 4503 is located within the Pine Rivers local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Hi! I'm thinking of buying in wattle st and renting it,, but I'm not sure if it's in a good location, close to shops, good schools etc. it would be a low set house.

Hi Ashley, Kallangur is a big suburb and there are 8 distinct residential precincts. Wattle St is a good area to buy.
We manage properties on Wattle St and in nearby streets and the owners and tenants love living in the area.
Wattle Street has good proximity to schools and you are pretty close to 3 different train stations (Petrie, Dakabin & Kallangur Stations). Public transport has improved massively in the past 3 years.
