"Sale of Villa at LAWNTON"

Sean had very good knowledge of the Local Area. Sean also had very good ideas in presenting and advertising my Villa to attract the right buyer to buy my Villa. Sean was very organized in collating the necessary paperwork to enable a smooth sale of my Villa, from sale through to the contract stage. Sean was very helpful in ensuring the sale process was very minimal of stress!

"5 Star Service"

Ive recently purchased a property through Affinity and dealt with Chris. The property that Im purchasing was listed as an NRAS investment so this quite a difficult and lengthy process, Due to this Chris has kept me up to date throughout the whole process and I have had to rely on her being available for any communication that was required. This purchase became quite stressful and I was worried it was going to come undone, however Chris was always there to reassure me and to let me know that even though she was working for the seller she was always here for me. Recently Ive also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Sean, I think I just needed to vent after all the delays and he was there for me. Sean listened and managed the situation perfectly. Between Chris & Sean their service has been efficient, professional and friendly. I have been impressed with their service and I cannot wait for the property to settle in 2 days so I can officially say it is mine. Whether youre buying or selling or wanting to lease your property then I would definitely recommend the Affinity team. 5 star service

Chris & Sean from Affinity Property provided the best Sales and marketing team effort of any agent I have used in the past. As I live in a different state to where my property was for sale, they took care of every detail; from presentation, marketing, repairs and coordination of trade services and removal from NRAS Scheme, they were sensational.
