There are a lot of services- the Kallista Community Centre has numerous courses, groups and support services run every day as well as the medical clinic located at Kallista has numerous GP's and have a few who specialise in elderly patient care.
There are 2 bus services in Kallista- one to Belgrave-Lilydale and the other that goes through Kallista to Ferny Creek and Olinda etc.
The local Monbulk RSL and bowls club etc have bus services and further community services which is less than 5km away. Belgrave also has a full range of services, outreach facilities, library, medical and other services.
