I've lived here 10 years and it's not too bad at all. I know my neighbours and am close to Wollongong And Shellharbour CBD. Most people here own their home, and rentals are highly sought after. Hayes Park primary is a great school. I love being close to Lake Illawarra.

It's a lovely town close to Wollongong and the schools are great. Easy public transport access to surrounding areas. It's a great place to live.
