Hi, it's on the high side of town - have friends on that street - better roads plus gutters LOL you have everything you need here - docs,chemists,2 grocery stores,hairdresser,pool,golf. pubs + RSL etc the schools are awesome - of my 3 one's in preschool + one in kindy... great value for $ - glad we moved here - so much room for the kids ! nice quiet friendly town + only 60km from Mudgee and shops like Aldi, Big W etc... I'd go for it!!!
