Love living in Karrinyup
Lots to like about residing here
Short drive to Karrinyup Shopping Centre - lots of individual stores
+ larger stores like Myer Big W David Jones
Not even 2 kms to great beaches
Train / Bus into Perth CBD
Fabulous schools - short distance to quality golf courses - private and public
Quality suburb - majority of properies are owner occupied
Most people care about the presentation of their homes
Overall a fantastic place to live
