Looking for a home in Katandra Crescent?
"Moving out, you can have my place"
Fairly quiet street, neighbors keep to themselves.. although there have been a few loud parties and the culprit was rather nasty when asked to keep it down. Traffic is atrocious, not ON this street, but as we are near the Ipswich Mwy at Goodna.. nuff said ;) There are termites like mad and 2 trees have fallen into our yard this week. Food is mostly fast food & casual eateries. Rents are going up and I can't really see why. Not the favorite place I've ever lived but probably not the worst either.

Oh Ok, we live far from Ipwich Mwy, and we don't have big trees nearby.

Love the area (BBP) wish I don't ave to move away. The area is very safe and peacefully.
