"A wonderful place to live"
East West running street, so houses get full benefit of sun from north. Medical facilities, hairdresser chemist, grocery, newsagent, liquor store, cafe's and a hatted restaurant are within a kilometer and the Subiaco retail area only a short walk away. Access to multiple bus routes. A quiet street with only local traffic, neighbors are friendly.
