How safe is Keilor Downs compared to neighbour suburbs St Albans, kealba, Deer Park?

Much better than the other two areas mentions. Not many properties go on the market as people that live in this area don't want to sell.

Much safer than any of those suburbs.

Keilor Downs is a great area. Close to parks, shopping centres has ample public transport and close to freeway.
