No, there are no direct flight paths over Keilor Downs. Fortunately, even if the proposed 3rd runway for Melbourne airport is approved, it still will not affect Keilor Downs, only Keilor will be affected. More info here https://www.melbourneairport.com.au/noisetool/index.html
