Keith Road, Blackwood, SA 5051

The minute you swing off Coromandel Pde and head down the Keith Road hill, it has that feeling of security with the overhanging gums. Most of the houses are set back, large and beautiful. This is old Blackwood, you won't see too many colorbond fences down here - each front yard blends into the next. The residents take pride in their yards.

The street hardly gets any traffic. At night it's dead quiet.. only sometimes you can hear the faint scraping of the freight train... oh and possibly the odd koala on the prowl.

People on the street are friendly and keep an eye out. Most residents take pride in their homes and seem to have resided here for a looong time. In the last 4 years or so, I dont think there has been a sale. It's tightly held.

Getting into the city is no drama. An 8 minute walk to Coro train Station or its around 25 minutes by car into the city.

Street appeal is important to me and Keith Road delivers. I never get tired of turning into Keith to return home. If you're looking for a home in Blackwood and you have the opportunity to move to Keith Road, you will not be disappointed.
