Buying off the plan in kellyville

Hello We are looking at a proposed development coming up at the corner of Windsor road and Memorial avenue.Is it near to the future train station and how good is the Kellyville suburb?Also this particular location is currently a commercial complex. So any views on whether the development itself will take off and whether it will fetch good value.Please share your views.
