What is the Clifton Hills area like?

Beautiful area to be in, having both lived there and worked in the area, I would personally recommend it!

It is the good part of Kelmscott and considered part of the Hills, its a quiet area and has its own community at Facebook. It is safe according to its people except some incidents that happen rarely by kids. I live there and see it better than many areas in Perth, the housed are nice and you can see some nice views of the city of Perth. It becomes windy some times especially at night and early morning. Clifton Hills Primary school is awesome, we have a kit there. There is a big park that is very well looked after by the counsel. Coles, Wollies and Spodshed are within 1 km form the hill. The houses areas are generally 809 sqm. They were built between 1968 and 1980, except some new ones. It is really quiet area and I highly recommend living there.
