How is Kelvin grove suburb for families with kids?Is it multicultural in demographics?

@CottonCandy: Apologies for reaching out on this thread but since its inactive for 2+ years (also homely does not allow to collaborate directly..). We are from India and living in Sydney for last 7 years (Now have a 1 year old). Like you, we are planning to move to Brisbane this year. Looking at Kenmore, Carina, Hills district (Ferny, Everton).
Did you relocate to Brisbane already? How are you and family settling there?
PS: Thanks for all your comments so far on Kenmore thread. Insightful. (Totally agree - some areas in Sydney are becoming more and more parochial)
