Is this area noisy?

I came across the apartment called Theodore Apartments and plan to live there. But I really really hate noise especially at night, does not appreciate party atmosphere and loud music at night.

This location should be relatively quiet. It is in the Kelvin Grove Urban Village area, which is high density residential with easy access to Woolworths (Metro store) and an array of cafe's. It is not a "party area" in my experience - there are no clubs or hotels to attract rowdy behavior. The conduct of your neighbors will be the most likely source of any disturbance, but that is the case anywhere and it is likely to change as time goes by.
