Is there a cafe at Tomato Lake?

There is a small cafe near the front entrance and playground, but it is a large caravan style one not an indoor sit down type. There are some plastic tables and chairs, but it is mostly open to the weather - think there is a small roof area. I am also not sure that it is open every day egz; if the weather turns bad it may close and it is not open for all day, more just the morning to lunch and afternoon tea times.
