"Convenient Clean and friendly neighbourhood"
Mix of age groups live in the area from young single,couple , families through to retirees. Many people walk to local shops and services and for health and leisure.
Walking distance to shopping centre, fitness centre, video shop, hotel, primary school, medical services bus stops and railway station. Centrally located between Diagonal Road and Morphett Road. Keynes Ave has been modified to minimise through traffic whic keeps it safer and quieter than other streets between Morphett and Diagonal Roads.
