Well, I'd add Wildflower at Bells - not a pub by any means, but the locals special of $35 for a main, side and a glass of wine (with their marvellous bread before) during the week is pretty foodie and great value. And you can get a beer there.
The pub and the club both serve reasonable food at good prices but definitely not in the 'foodie' domain.

try down the hill at the revamped Empire Bay pub or if you like a tiny club feel - the Hardys Bay RSL (down the hill the other way).
