Child gangs like "kingy klan", is it safe to raise children in Kingscliff

I have read many story's about the trouble caused by youths surrounding the nsw/qld border... Is it safe in kingscliff? Are teens walking around threatening, bashing people and breaking into houses? I currently live in western Sydney, if anyone knows this area, is it safer than here?

I have been a local to Kingscliff for the past 30 years. During this time I have seen Kingscliff expand from a Beach-side shack community to a community moving forward with times. I never have had any fears of walking the streets of Kingscliff of a night time and found that this community definitely has the community spirit. A great place to raise children with many schools that rate as some of the best in NSW for academics and sports. After travelling the world, and living in other capital cities, Kingscliff is where I call home and will continue to do so.

Being from sydney , Abbotsford and Paddington I have lived in Kingscliff for the past 10years I have a 24 yo boy 21 yo girl and western sydney is nothing like Kingscliff I can assure you. Tweed is disgusting Cabarita getting better , casuarina if you like people who think they're fantastic but arent and who love gossip and talking crap about anyone they don't know and God help you if you're a single mum.. Kingy is beautiful ..it's like Sydney's northern beaches full of normal nice happy friendly people. Any drama comes from stupid people with stupid wanabe kids that don't live here ..

Great feedback. Sounds like a great place to raise a family. That's the feel we get holidaying here...and great to hear it's the same as living here

Hi Nicola How are you getting on? We are a family looking to move as well but dont know where we should live/ Kingscliff town or Salt. How are you finding your move?
