Hello All, We are planning to buy a Townhouse on Stafford street Kingswood, could you please suggest how is that street in terms of safety, is it ok for families with kids ?

Stafford St isn't too bad to be honest, the western side towards Penrith (across Parker St) is pretty good, the eastern side in Kingswood is where it starts to clean up a little. You may struggle with people parking in front of your place for access to the hospital from time to time but otherwise it's not like you'll need iron bars on your window or anything like that.
